Hi. I'm Tishia.

I help aspiring elementary school principals and principals in their first 3 years of a principalship. When I wanted to become a principal and even after I became one - I often felt like "I didn't know what I didn't know".  I can share exactly what you need to be considering and put you on the path to a successful career as a principal.

I live in Virginia with my family. My husband and I have twin daughters who are currently attending graduate school and 1 son who just graduated and is working as a college career counselor.

I am a former elementary school principal with a special education background.  I have worked at the elementary and secondary levels and currently coach school leaders to raise achievement in their schools. In my time as a school principal, I facilitated increased academic scores in 2 different settings and was a leader in Culturally Responsive Teaching practices.​
